Zanna works as a Complementary Therapist, Bereavement Counsellor, and Wellbeing Consultant. With 18 years experience as a Therapist her approach is holistic, empathic and sensitive. She now specialises in working with clients who have suffered bereavement, abuse and life shocks and in working with emotional clearing. She also teaches Reiki, Seichem, Mindfulness and Self Development and works with those seeking to move onto new life paths.

Zanna originally trained and worked as a Teacher of Dance and as a Professional performer and Choreographer, as well as an Aerobics and Fitness Instructor. With a lifelong interest in the interconnectedness of physical, mental and emotional health, she went on to study Psychology and Counselling as well as a range of Complementary therapies. She is a Kinesiologist and also trained in Anatomy and Physiology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Flower and Vibrational Essences, Reiki Master, Seichem Master and Indian Head Massage.


In recent years Zanna has extended her training and experience to work with Safeguarding of vulnerable children and adults, working with clients with drug and alcohol dependency issues, victims of abuse, people experiencing mental and emotional distress and clients with mental health issues; she has also worked as Mental Health Lead with a Social Justice Charity. She is a Cruse trained bereavement Counsellor and has worked with clients experiencing bereavement by suicide and traumatic death.


Zanna works with clients of all ages and from all walks of life; she also does talks and Courses and works as a Consultant on Wellbeing issues. As well as working with those who have experienced trauma or life shocks such as bereavement, abuse, difficulty in coming to terms with a long or serious illness, relationship breakdown, and work related issues such as redundancy, she also works with clients who find themselves in emotional distress… for whatever reason.


Her broad experience has shown the importance of all aspects of a clients’ life needing to be in balance in order for them to experience optimum Wellbeing. For this reason she incorporates Wellbeing Support, if and as required by her clients, as an integral part of her practice. Please see our Wellbeing Page. A full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Zanna is fully insured, Police CRB checked and works to Professional and Ethical standards.
